Fair Refund Terms

At Solution Nepal, we're committed to delivering quality work. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

Our Commitment

We deliver projects that meet the agreed specifications

We provide regular updates during development

We offer 30 days of bug fixes after delivery

When Refunds Apply

Before Development Starts (100% Refund)

If you change your mind before we begin development work, we'll provide a full refund of any payments made.

During Early Development (Partial Refund)

If you cancel during the first 25% of development, we'll refund the remaining amount after deducting work completed.

If We Can't Deliver

If we're unable to complete your project as agreed (very rare!), you'll receive a full refund.

When Refunds Don't Apply

To be fair to both parties, refunds are not available in these situations:

  • After project completion and delivery as agreed
  • Changes in requirements after development has progressed significantly
  • Delays caused by lack of client feedback or materials
  • Personal preference changes after approving designs/functionality
  • Third-party service issues (hosting, domains, etc.)

How Refunds Work

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method

We rarely have refund requests because we work closely with clients throughout the process. Communication is key!
